Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MyMBTI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nature of the Service

MyMBTI provides personality type assessments based on Jungian typology. Our assessments are designed for educational and self-discovery purposes only. They are:

Not clinical psychological evaluations
Not diagnostic tools for any medical or mental health condition
Not substitutes for professional counseling or therapy
Not validated instruments for employment screening or hiring decisions

Results should be interpreted as one perspective among many and should not be used as the sole basis for important life decisions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide a valid email address for authentication. You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission.

Payments and Refunds

Paid assessments are processed through Stripe. Once a full assessment report has been generated and delivered, it is considered consumed and is generally non-refundable. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from receiving your report, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on MyMBTI, including text, design, code, and AI-generated reports, is the property of MyMBTI or its licensors. You may use your personal report for your own purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it commercially.

AI-Generated Content

Our full assessment reports are generated using artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or generalizations. Reports reflect patterns in your assessment responses and should not be taken as absolute truth about your personality.

MBTI and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator are registered trademarks of The Myers & Briggs Foundation. MyMBTI is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Myers & Briggs Foundation. Our assessments are independently developed and are not official MBTI instruments.

Limitation of Liability

MyMBTI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to decisions made based on assessment results.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
